RETURNS SADDLES: All saddle sales are final. It is your responsibility to know your saddle requirements. OTHER ITEMS: Items must be returned within 10 days in the condition in which they were received. Items returned worn, damaged or other unfit state will not be accepted. All items remain the property of the sender until they arrive safely back to us. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned in suitable packaging with tracking and insurance. We will offer a full refund for goods received back in the condition sent less the cost of the original postage.
